I might look like I'm grimacing in pain, but it's more of an "out of breath after a tough climb" type of face. This photo was taken in the summer of 2024 in Norway. It was during a challenging hike with spectacular views, and for a long time, I thought I'd never be able to do this again. At the end of 2022, I could only walk for a maximum of 10 minutes a day.

After 20 years of dealing with chronic pain, I found one last puzzle piece to help me cope with the pain, and I stumbled upon it quite by chance. Maybe it was because I was open to it, I'm still not entirely sure. I believe there are others in the same boat as me, with the energy and motivation to learn new things and try new approaches. Let this website inspire and motivate you.
